  1. What is drop shipping?
    Drop shipping is a retail fulfillment method where products are shipped directly from our supplier to your door. We don’t hold any inventory, which allows us to offer a wide variety of products at competitive prices.
  2. How long will my order take to arrive?
    Typically, orders arrive within 01-03 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
  3. Can I track my order?
    Yes, once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.
  4. What if I receive a damaged item?
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund. After this period, we are unable to process any replacement requests. Be sure to provide photos of the damaged product for our team to assist you better.
To initiate a replacement, please share a video of the incorrect, faulty or damaged product to our customer support team within the eligible time frame. In a lot of cases the issue is with the usage of the product and our team can guide you on how the issue you are facing can be fixed. If we determine that the product is indeed faulty, then we will schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days. Please pack the product (Original Product Box and All Accessories) for the courier to pick it up and provide you the replacement.

Please note that we do not offer a replacement for “change of mind”. 

  1. Can I return an item?
    Items once purchased cannot be returned. We do not have a refund policy. 
  2. How do I cancel my order?
    Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be processed and shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
  3. What payment methods do you accept?
    We only accept Cash On Delivery (COD) within the UAE.
  4. Do you ship internationally?
    Shipping of our products in only confined within the UAE.
